Configuration Assistant

Along with a Windows-based software interface, COCKPIT® includes a reader that connects to your PC.s parallel port. This device reads and writes data to and from the Secure Memory Module (SMM), a small module that attaches to your HI 2151 weight controller and automatically stores and protects critical instrument data.

You can easily save the configuration as a file on your computer. If you suspect the data was altered on the plant floor, you can quickly restore original parameters. No more guesswork. the configuration becomes part of the project documentation.

Not sure if your set point should be positive or negative? what about the preact and dead band signs? With COCKPIT. Just choose an application you want and enter the numerical values you require the correct signs are determined automatically for you.

Configuring multiple instruments individually with identical settings is time consuming. With COCKPIT., you configure the first instrument and use the same data to program successive SMMs, saving time and ensuring consistent setups.
